Do you not feel when a railway reservation system of such a huge network is done , the same way automation for every official transaction also can be implemented . As a Muslim, I am whole heartedly supporting and participating in Anna Hazare movement against corruption right from day one, when the Civil Society moment was formed. As a proud and patriotic Indian Muslim, I severely condemn the shameful statement made by Sayed Ahmed Bukhari, Imam of Jama Masjid, Delhi, advising Muslims to stay away from Anna Hazares civil society moment against corruption. His preposterous utterances deserve severe censure by all right thinking citizenry of this country. Does Bukhari know anything about the reasons why Anna Hazare is on fast at Ramlila maidan? Is this megalomaniac aware that Annas fast is not based on caste, creed or religion, it is undertaken to eradicate twin monsters corruption and inflation our country faces today? Does he know what Quran says about bribery and corruption? The Quran says: Do not consume your property among yourselves in vanity, nor give bribery to those in authority, that you may knowingly consume a part of the property of others wrongfully. (2.188). In fact, he is a hard-core protege of Congress(I), who is suffering from severe Congress Bukhar (fever)! Therefore, he is spiting venom of communalism to harbour hatred or differences between religious groups exist peacefully at the behest of his Congress masters. However, the entire country knows the iniquitous role played by the late Imam Abdullah Bukhari and now his maverick son Ahmed Bukhari, who have forcibly usurped the Delhi Wakf land/property belong to Jama Masjid mosque. First of all he is not an Imam, this title is wrongly attributed to him. Actually, he is a Khatib, one who leads congregation for prayers in mosque, hence he should not endeavor to exceed his religious sanctum or indulge in a dirty politics and black mail politicians for his vested interests. The Anna wave continues to elicit popular support encompassing various strata of the society, however, all praise be to the commercial sex workers of Delhi who too expressed their unwavering moral support as well as 5000 Dabbawals of Mumbai, who skipped work for the first time in over a century backing Anna Hazare’s campaign against corruption! Yes, he has infused renewed vigor among Indian masses and a high-spirited thrust into the Civil Society movement against the government to bring a strong and effective Jan Lok Pal Bill for the extermination of corruption, which is the root cause of the chronic hunger, disease, greediness, poverty, illiteracy and poor governance in the country. It reminds me soul-stirring couplets: Kaun bhala us bagh ko pooche ho na jiska mali. Gham na kar jo teri mehnat tere kam na aayi, Hacha hai kuch le jane se de kar hi kuch jana! However, the present political chaos, lack of discipline and skyrocketing corruption are due to gross financial mismanagement, corruption-related losses totaling in billions of dollars and wrong economic policies of Congress(I)-led UPA Government. To begin with, the former Prime Minister P.V.Narasimha Rao, cartoon character Dennis the Menace of Indian politics to Mauni Baba Manmohan Singh, enslaved the country in the shackles of bumbling gospels of the hyper-capitalist sects globalization and economic liberalization, which is submitted to political and commercial elites. Consequently, the endemic corruption or profiteering by ruling elites and lack of transparency, accountability and economic disparity chasm has deepened between the haves and the have-nots. Therefore, to teach a lesson to these corrupted and dishonest politicians, the entire nation rallied behind Anna’s campaign against bribery, corruption and injustice.

The same thing is happening with the buddhhi bhrast sarkar of Congress(I) party. Sad, is not it? Although, the detention of Anna Hazare and civil activists is undemocratic and violation of fundamental rights which are enshrined in the Constitution, under Article 19(1)(a) and Article 19(1)(b), vis-à-vis right to assemble peaceably, freedom of speech and expression respectively. On the contrary, it has evoked nationwide popular rage against the corrupt UPA government and unflinching support for Jan Lok Pal Andolan! Apparently, people showed their solidarity with the anti-government protesters and Anna team, and they are now united in their fight against the arrogant and corrupted government. Enough is enough was the voice of these fearless and patriotic students, youngsters, right activities, women, senior citizens and NGOs, who came out on the streets across the country relentlessly shouting anti-graft and anti-government slogans and presented themselves up for court arrest with a broad smile on their faces! It seemed that history is repeating itself that we were watching a spectacular live drama being re-enacting before our eyes about the historical events of Gandhian era campaigns of Satyagraha against the British Empire! Indeed, people were not angry, but they were in a festive mood, overwhelmed with frenzied enthusiasm extending their moral support to Civil Society Activists’ campaign against corruption and it would definitely boost people’s morale and take the movement forward to a positive conclusion. Keeping in view people’s unanimity and unity demonstrated against corruption, Congress(I)-led UPA government should bear in mind that: Yeh sanson ki dori apni jab tak chalegi, ekta ka deep yun hi janata ke dil mein jalega, isse kya bhujayenge jhoonke hawa ke!

ReplyDeletebut now in-front of the standing committee, they have 4 type of bill i.e. lokpal(sarkari), aruna rao's, JP's & Jan lokpal (our's). i was thinking that the Government will put all their efforts to make it lazy bill. So we must be take care of the full process upto the making rules according to the bill. I know that you must have the plan for further process but but i want to tell this flame against corruption should be in the mind of every people of india because the indian pepole forget the matter very fast..

ReplyDeleteदिनेश यादव का शव जब बिहार में उसके पैतृक गांव पहुंचा तो हजारों की भीड़ ने उसका स्वागत किया और उसकी मौत को ‘बेकार नहीं जाने देने’ का प्रण किया। लेकिन टीम अन्ना की बेरुखी कइयों के मन में सवालिया निशान छोड़ गई। सवाल था कि क्या उसकी जान यूं ही चली गई या उसके ‘बलिदान’ को किसी ने कोई महत्व भी दिया?
गौरतलब है कि सशक्त लोकपाल पर अन्ना हजारे के समर्थन में पिछले सप्ताह आत्मदाह करने वाले दिनेश यादव की सोमवार को मौत हो गई थी। पुलिस के मुताबिक यादव ने सुबह लोक नायक अस्पताल में दम तोड़ दिया। यादव के परिवारजनों को उसका शव सौंप दिया गया था जो बिहार से दिल्ली पहुंचे थे।
पुलिस के मुताबिक यादव के परिवार वाले उसके अंतिम क्रिया के लिए पटना रवाना हो चुके हैं । उधर, कुछ मीडिया रिपोर्ट की मानें तो 32 वर्षीय यादव की मौत पिछले सप्ताह ही हो चुकी थी। हालांकि पुलिस ने इन रिपोर्ट से इनकार किया है। गौरतलब है कि 23 अगस्त को दिनेश ने राजघाट के पास अन्ना के समर्थन में नारे लगाते हुए खुद पर पेट्रोल छिड़क आग लगा ली थी। 70-80 प्रतिशत जल चुके दिनेश को अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया था। बताया जाता है कि कुछ डॉक्टरों और प्रत्यक्षदर्शी अस्पताल कर्मियों से दिनेश ने आखिरी दिन तक पूछा था कि क्या उससे मिलने अन्ना की टीम से कोई आया था?
दिनेश यादव का शव जब पटना के निकट दुल्हन बाजार स्थित उनके गांव सर्फुदीनपुर पहुंचा तो पूरा गांव उमड़ पड़ा था। सब ने शपथ ली है.. इस मौत को जाया नहीं जाने देंगे। एक पत्रकार ने फेसबुक पर लिखा है, ”मुझे लगता है टीम अन्ना को इस नौजवान के परिवार की पूरी मदद करनी चाहिए। उनके घर जाकर उनके परिवारवालों से दुख-दर्द को बांटना चाहिए।”
दिनेश के परिवार के लोग बेहद गरीब और बीपीएल कार्ड धारक हैं। कई पत्रकारों का भी कहना है कि सहयोग के लिए अगर कोई फोरम बनेगा तो वे भी शामिल होने को तैयार हैं। दिनेश के तीन बच्चे हैं। उसकी पत्नी का रो रो कर बुरा हाल है और वह कई बार बेहोश हो चुकी है। उसके बाद परिवार में कमाने वाला कोई नहीं है।
उधर अन्ना हज़ारे अनशन टूटने के तीसरे दिन भी गुड़गांव के फाइव स्टार अस्पताल मेदांता सिटी में स्वास्थ लाभ लेते रहे।

Arvind Ji, I m one of the real fan of u.I & my friends r frustrated about corruption but I used to say that army ( Janta) is ready to fight against corruption but a commander to command them is required. Anna ji is king of this army & u r the commander & we r the army. Army fights till its commander fights, so plz carry on. We ( real indians) r with u & ur team to sacrifice everything ( Tan , Man, Dhan ) to kill this evil (corruption) . I salute my king, my commander and its team. If all Education Level (be it School/College/MBA/Engg/Doctor) students need to pass exam in order to claim a degree certificate (which is never given simply because he has attended all classes) , why HIGHEST CHAIRS IN INDIA means Ministers are allowed to enjoy his 5 year term without appearing/passing any exam (which is equal to QLY PERFORMANCE AUDIT), simply because he has attended all classes (as done by MP/Ministers by attending Parliament session and that too with FAT allowances and additional amenities just for every session he attends).
In this mechanism of QLY PERFORMANCE AUDIT, every step taken by the ministry gets evaluated and people come to know the BIRTH of corruption at its very Inception which NO LOKPAL/JANPAL can reveal as LOKPAL/JANPAL/CBI/CAG come into the picture only after SCAM is detected. NEED OF THE HOUR IS to impose this mechanism in Governance so that any such scam is automatically detected at its root rather than waiting for some media like Times or Tehelka EXPOSE such dubious deal.
Any bill(be it LOKPAL or JANPAL) that allow LOOT to happen first and then allow probe to start (be it thru LOKPAL or CBI) , will commit same mistake by keeping the SAME LOOPHOLE left open in governance as done(since independence) by all ruling parties(be it Cong / BJP / LEFT / UPA / NDA) thru which these Corrupt ministers are looting the AAM AADMI's money. Why wait for LOOT to happen; why not kill it at its very root?
No activity of any ministry can go UN-NOTICED if such mechanism is in place. At least there are some Govt agency like LOKPAL (CBI, CAG) who can probe a scam, but till today there are no such process in place where performance of the highest chairs of india can be evaluated and published for AAM AADMI who had sent them to occupy the highest chair in india. IF CONCEPT OF PERFORM OR PERISH CAN APPLY TO PRIVATE/PUBLIC SECTOR, WHY CAN’NT BE APPLIED FOR THE HIGHEST CHAIRS OF INDIA??
This does not mean QLY PERFORMANCE AUDIT is a substitute to LOKPAL as QLY PERFORMANCE AUDIT is the Detection/Preventive process right at the INCEPTION LEVEL OF ANY CORRUPTION whereas LOKPAL is more effective for taking action after Corruption is detected. Hence, we need both, but my logic says QLY PERFORMANCE AUDIT is the PRIORITY as this is the missing tool in Governance that can ultimately act as final nail in the coffin of all such scam hatched by so called Honest Politicians like BSY/Reddy Bros/HasanAli/MARAN/RAJA group!!!
Govt can have any number of excuses over LOKPAL, but it will be a matter of disgrace/shame for any Govt who refuse to come under scanner of QLY PERFORMANCE AUDIT. It is already a TIME-TESTED tool in an Industry like IT, all we need to change are list of parameters which will reveal each and every action of MLA/MP/Ministers/Bureaucrats every three months. However, I can talk in detail only if Anna group understand its importance.
ONLY ASSET DECLARATION by Govt IS NOT ENOUGH.
ReplyDeleteIt is GOVT’s duty to publish BREAK-UP of such DATA of those minister/politician whose asset has grown 50/100 folds within a period of 5 years. EXAMPLE OF WHICH IS READILY AVAILABLE FROM ALMOST ALL POLITICIANS IN KARNATAKA (BE IT CONG OR BJP). JUST CHECK THE ASSET VALUE FROM ONE ELECTION TO NEXT ELECTION, THERE ARE AMPLE EXAMPLE WHERE IN FIRST ELECTION, THE ASSET DECLARED IS 50 CRORES AND IN NEXT ELECTION THE SAME GUY DECLARE HIS ASSET AS 300 TO 500 CRORES. WE THE AAM AADMI HAS NO CHOICE BUT TO WATCH HIS ASSET GROW MULTI-FOLD, and yet there is no mechanism in place which can reveal how 50 Crore has become 500 Crore within a span of 5 Yrs simply because none of our present and past Govt. dare to impose a mechanism which can reveal break-up of such HUGE GROWTH OF ASSET.
By publishing such break-up, GOVT will not only help AAM AADMI to take INFORMED DECISION but also GOVT will MOTIVATE AAM AADMI how to earn in BILLIONS, Moreover AAM AADMI will start worshipping these MONEY GOD MINISTERS by keeping their photo next to BILL GATES and WARREN BUFFET!!!
What is so difficult in revealing the BREAK-UP of asset growth (from 50 to 500 Crores) as submitted in IT declaration by an Individual , as all data are readily available in IT record, all need to be done is break them into layers of asset . Hence, it is Govt’s priority to reveal the BREAK-UP of asset growth(from 50 to 500 Crores) of every individual (be it BABA RAMDEV/HASAN ALI/Kamal Nath/BSY/Reddy Bros or for that matter ANY POLITICIAN whose asset grow by leaps and bounds) and let AAM AADMI take INFORMED decision while supporting them:
1. Start with initial asset value = X after validating the source of X.
2. In next IT return asset value declared =X+50=Y;
3. Now all our IT dept need to do is to probe source of Y whether this additional 50 is LEGITIMATE or not and accordingly publish in MEDIA (for AAM AADMI to validate apart from whatever action taken by Govt), each and every deal / transaction done by tax-payer to reach this figure of 50.
Note that above example is only against DECLARED ASSET, IMAGINE THE QUANTUM OF UNDECLARED ASSET (earned by Ministers in 2G/CWG deal) which also need to have a mechanism to track which can be easily tracked by QLY PERFORMANCE AUDIT which can be explained if your platform select this article.
Just in case Govt refuse to provide BREAK-UP, it should be MEDIA’s responsibility (who has already done the excellent job of exposing 2G/CWG scam which was supposed to be done by GOVT) once again to use RTI to get all the HIDDEN info of such break-up of ASSET JUMP of POLITICIAN/MINISTERS HIDDEN in IT record as AAM AADMI cannot take the risk of using RTI as in no time they will be MURDERED as happened with a whistle-blower lady Shehla Masood recently in M.P.
Just because a minister has grown his asset 50/100 folds within a period of 5 years, does not mean he has done it by UNFAIR MEANS, he may have done so the same way as BILL GATES and WARREN BUFFET have done in US, why not give a fair chance to those MINISTERS (by publishing above break-up of ASSET GROWTH which will simply inspire AAM AADMI like us) to prove that US has only one BILL GATES and one WARREN BUFFET whereas our political/governance system have plenty of them!!!
MANAGING ELECTION PROCESS WITHOUT SPENDING CRORES OF RUPEES:
ReplyDeleteAny election process can be easily managed by installing TV at certain places where recorded speech can be shown as per declared timings. On those spots only Poster/Banner of all candidates can be displayed, not over all places. This will stop dirtying the entire constituency. Ensure broadcast done on pre-declared timings.
Absence of candidates physical presence along with their GOONs will encourage people to come out and vote without any fear. In fact, TV broadcast of recorded message/debate can be far more effective in helping AAM AADMI take informed decision and that too at a fraction of cost of physical election campaign which cost BILLIONS to our country where still bare necessity like house, sanitations, food, drinking water are not available to Poor.
All Gram panchayat can be central hub for TV broadcast of recorded message from candidates who must not be present physically. Ensure to show recorded message of all candidates. Even face to face debate can also be recorded and broadcast for public view. Additionally, BREAK-UP of asset growth of every candidate since last 3 election must be shown with complete break-up from IT record.
Just in case Govt refuse to provide BREAK-UP, it should be MEDIA’s responsibility (who has already done the excellent job of exposing 2G/CWG scam which was supposed to be done by GOVT) once again to use RTI to get all the HIDDEN info of such break-up of ASSET JUMP of POLITICIAN/MINISTERS HIDDEN in IT record as AAM AADMI cannot take the risk of using RTI as in no time they will be MURDERED as happened with Shehla Massod recently in M.P.
What is so difficult in revealing the BREAK-UP of asset growth (from 50 to 500 Crores) as submitted in IT declaration by an Individual , as all data are readily available in IT record, all need to be done is break them into layers of asset . Hence, it is Govt’s priority to reveal the BREAK-UP of asset growth(from 50 to 500 Crores) of every individual (be it ANY POLITICIAN whose asset grow by leaps and bounds) and let AAM AADMI take INFORMED decision while supporting them.
Any bill(be it LOKPAL or JANPAL) that allow LOOT to happen first and then allow probe to start (be it thru LOKPAL or CBI) , will commit same mistake by keeping the SAME LOOPHOLE left open in governance as done(since independence) by all ruling parties(be it Cong / BJP / LEFT / UPA / NDA) thru which these Corrupt ministers are looting the AAM AADMI's money. Why wait for LOOT to happen; why not kill it at its very root? If all Education Level (be it School/College/MBA/Engg/Doctor) students need to pass an exam in order to claim a degree certificate (which is never given simply because he has attended all classes) , why HIGHEST CHAIRS IN INDIA means Ministers are allowed to enjoy his 5 year term without appearing/passing any exam (which is equal to QLY PERFORMANCE AUDIT), simply because he has attended all classes (as done by MP/Ministers by attending Parliament session and that too with FAT allowances and additional amenities just for every session he attends). No activity of any ministry can go UN-NOTICED if such mechanism (QLY PERFORMANCE AUDIT) is in place. At least there are some Govt agency like CBI, CAG(proposed LOKPAL/JANPAL) who can probe a scam, but till today there are no such mechanism in place where performance of the highest chairs of india can be evaluated and published every quarter for AAM AADMI who had sent them to occupy the highest chairs in india. IF CONCEPT OF PERFORM OR PERISH CAN APPLY TO PRIVATE/PUBLIC SECTOR, WHY CANNT BE APPLIED FOR THE HIGHEST CHAIRS OF INDIA??
ReplyDeleteIn this mechanism of QLY PERFORMANCE AUDIT, every step taken by the ministry gets evaluated and people come to know the BIRTH of corruption at its very Inception which NO LOKPAL/JANPAL can reveal as LOKPAL/JANPAL/CBI/CAG come into the picture only after SCAM is detected. NEED OF THE HOUR IS to impose this mechanism in Governance so that any such scam is automatically detected at its root rather than waiting for some media like Times or Tehelka EXPOSE such dubious deal.
Hence in addition to LOKPAL, we need to have this PREVENTIVE MECHANISM (QLY PERFORMANCE AUDIT) in place which will automatically take care of exposing such dubious deal right at its INCEPTION???
This does not mean QLY PERFORMANCE AUDIT is a substitute to LOKPAL as QLY PERFORMANCE AUDIT is the Detection/Preventive process right at the INCEPTION LEVEL OF ANY CORRUPTION whereas LOKPAL is more effective for taking action after Corruption is detected. Hence, we need both, but my logic says QLY PERFORMANCE AUDIT is the PRIORITY as this is the missing tool in Governance that can ultimately act as final nail in the coffin of all such scam hatched by so called Honest Politicians!!!

ReplyDeleteI think opposing congress ONLY, for small election has risks of getting defamed more than benefits of getting Lokpal bill approved.
Also fight against corruption should also start from the ground level, for example any govt office.

I am 22 years old...& have been voting for a couple of years now.....everytime i vote i do it half heartedly basically because i have to.....I really want some changes in the way our country functions...Lokpal Bill is such a change....but I have my doubts that this government will ever pass such a bill....and even if they do..it won't be implemented well

This is insured by floating large scale scams, which are well thought out. The face of the scam is deceptive. It could be a bank scam,Harshad mehata Karad bank[Narsingrao Govt., sports Kalmadi scam, 2-G scam, Housing Scam for the Maharashtra government etc...Besides, its real burden, CBI investigation, appointment of committees, setting of impotent commissions, and finally the Supreme Court farce etc. are predesigned and predetermined political decisions. The elections in this managed democracy is a sports for the Congress. Dynasty rule seems eternal.God save Us.

Italian Congress with its loot of black Money stacked in secret corners of the world ,causing economic deliberate managed down slide of Rupee against Dollar to please America, not finding alternative fuel for Energy, Squandering Mineral Wealth of Natural Source of the country, Managing Election commission and Chindemberan's rigged appointment as Home Minister ,supporting Gunda raj of Mulayam singh regime for numbers in Parliament, Keeping Afzal guru Alive, Kasab alive, supporting Naxals, Maovadis names as Congress mafia and allow them to be supported by Arms and ammunition from government secret stocks, appointing corrupt Generals in Army etc. has no right whatsoever to stay in Power and counter accuse the bold Rastra Bhaktas and accuse them of petty faults/Charges.
